Ruby City offers San Antonio three related spaces for a free art visit
The contemporary art center, Studio and Chris Park share Camp Street, with different opening days to consider when planning.

A Ruby City visit can move between a contemporary art center and a park without treating either as an afterthought. The organization's public spaces on Camp Street offer different settings for looking, pausing and returning to an idea from another angle.
Ruby City, at 150 Camp Street, currently opens Thursday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., with free admission. Studio, inside Chris Park, keeps the same listed schedule. Chris Park itself is at 111 Camp Street and opens Tuesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Check holiday and program notices before planning around all three.
Look at the current exhibition information before arriving, then choose a few works to spend time with. A free visit makes it possible to return rather than trying to absorb everything at once. Public programs have separate calendar listings, and a general opening time does not guarantee space in a workshop or an event.
Allow an unhurried interval between the indoor and outdoor parts of the visit. Consider whether a material, scale or image stays with you after leaving the gallery, and what changes when it is encountered again. The worthwhile result need not be a settled interpretation; a question worth carrying home can be enough.
